This update is submitted in good faith to confirm Mr Tan\u2019s ongoing compliance with the conditions of his visitor visa and his awareness of the steps required to manage his company\u2019s compliance obligations from offshore. Mr Tan has now arranged his departure from New Zealand (tomorrow) and fully acknowledges that, given the current status of the PPI process, he will not seek to return until Immigration New Zealand has made a decision regarding the concerns raised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We trust this update assists with your assessment and remains consistent with Mr Tan\u2019s commitment to transparency and respect for New Zealand immigration instructions.
